In arrogance

In arrogance hides a sweet little girl
In arrogance, protection from this harsh world

Ego be gone
I've listened to you and it's been so wrong
Thank you for protecting me; I appreciate you still
Take a back seat, enjoy your new view

heal with compassion, little girl
I'll buy you a chocolate swirl

To the Universe I send out:
to those whom I've hurt
to those who've hurt me
with remorse I apologize
let me buy you a chocolate swirl
with compassion I empathize
let me buy you a chocolate swirl

Super Black Moon tomorrow, I ask you to show me more.
Thank you, World.
Thank you, All.

Update: In light i hide, in all the lies. resistance i feel, with courage i could spew. resistance i feel, with courage i spew. insanity delete, action i take.

MSG in Cheetos Hot Fries

My friend "L" gets me hooked on Cheetos Hot Fries.
Here I'm watching The Beautiful Truth.
Behold, MSG in Hot Fries.
And since learning about MSG, I've noticed it in a lot, A LOT, of products (almost don't even want to call it food).

Why say no to MSG:
MSG turns off the chemical reaction in your brain which tells you you've had enough food to eat.
plus lots of other horrible things tbc

For your Heart

i think i overuse the word beautiful. but this, truly is, beautiful.
to ask or not to ask, or to take it into your own hands and find out,
or to allow it to come easily to you. to ask or not to ask?
to desire and let the world conspire.

if you've got 5 mins to spare:

Sickening catalyst

Started this year off with the sickness. "Damn you, Sonny" was what I thought in the beginning for getting me sick.  But thank GOd it happened.  I often tell my clients "Sometimes you can't get better until you get sick".   Some people don't like to hear holistic "jumbo", but F it!! That's why AD is here.  No Advil or anything like that.  Saunas, infrared heat, ginger shots, and aqua for me.   I hope know my body was able to ward out many of the toxins, viruses, bacteria, or whatever was not meant for me; high five, crew!! Some may have heard this already but allowing your body to take its natural course in healing (fevers) can KILL bacteria or viruses within.  This is my layman theory but I suppose fever suppressants only delay this process? Anyhoos, not only was I able to rid myself of toxins, getting sick became a catalyst for me to stop smoking cigarettes! double holla.  O wait, triple and quadruple holla for losing a couple pounds and feeling motivated to work out, eat clean, and get my strength back.

This post comes conveniently after my previous post about being The President of Your Body.  I am grateful to start the year off with a sickness.  Cheers to magic.  Ready to shred.  Shred it, yall!
